EliteCufflinks.co Return and Exchange Policy

Effortless Returns: At EliteCufflinks.co, we strive to make your return process smooth and hassle-free. Items eligible for return or exchange must be new and unused. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service at email support@elitecufflinks.co for a Return Authorization Form and a FREE FedEx Return Label (applicable for US only), including the details listed below.

Return Timeframe:

  • Returns for refunds must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
  • Returns for store credit or exchange are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returns subject to a 10% restocking fee in certain cases.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale, special order, and personalized items.

Required for Processing a Return:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Preference for store credit, exchange, or refund (within the 15-day window)

Refunds:

  • Processing takes 5-7 business days upon receipt.
  • Credit/debit card refunds will be credited to your account (3-5 business days processing by banks).
  • Check or money order payments will receive a mailed refund check.
  • PayPal payments will be refunded to your PayPal account.
  • Email confirmation upon processing.

Exchanges:

  • Available within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply.

  • Items for refund must be returned within 15 days in new and unused condition.
  • Gift certificates and financial value items are non-returnable.
  • Store credit is valid for 1 year from issue date.

Engraved/Personalized Items:

Used & Damaged Items:

  • Not accepted for return or exchange, except under warranty policy.

Shipping/Handling and Gift Wrap:

  • Refunded if the return is due to our error.
  • Otherwise, shipping charges and gift wrap fees are non-refundable.
  • $5 may be deducted for orders with free Standard shipping.

International Returns:

  • Not eligible for free return shipping. Contact Customer Service for the Return Form; customers are responsible for return costs.

Tax:

  • Applicable tax amount by item included in refunds.

Discounts and Promotions:

  • Refund value will be adjusted to reflect the value of free gifts or discounts.

Sale Items:

  • Not eligible for return or refund unless specified.
